REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@lyrolabs.shop so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care products cannot be returned if opened or used.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original item and place a new order after your return is approved.
🇪🇺 European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
